TEXAS ONLINE INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP THERAPY FOR LATE DIAGNOSED AUTISTIC ADULTS

Offering Autism Evaluations, Individual Therapy and Nature Based Therapy for late-diagnosed autistic adults

Individual Therapy

You’re not alone in this. We’ll explore what comes next after an autism diagnosis and autistic burnout, and begin shaping a life that fully supports you.

My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, meaning your way of thinking, feeling, and relating to the world is honored and welcome here.

Autism & ADHD Evaluations

I offer comprehensive ADHD and autism evaluations for adults who are seeking a better understanding of themselves. Whether you're looking for personal clarity, validation of your experiences, or documentation for work or school, the evaluation process is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your unique history, strengths, and challenges.

As part of the assessment, I use the MIGDAS-2 (Monteiro Interview Guidelines for Diagnosing Autism, Second Edition), a neurodiversity-affirming interview that helps create a personalized understanding of your traits and experiences.

Nature Based Therapy

Our connection with nature is one of the strongest supports we have for emotional balance and nervous-system regulation. Spending time in nature can feel incredibly calming and supportive, offering space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your body. For autistic adults, this gentle sense of grounding can support rest, nervous system regulation, and recovery from burnout.

I offer walk-and-talk sessions for clients in the Fort Worth area. For online clients, I can weave simple nature-based practices into our sessions or suggest ways to connect with nature outside of our sessions
